About Nerosi Security

Nerosi Security LLC is a Washington State licensed private investigative agency providing lawful investigative support to corporations, insurers, attorneys, employers, healthcare organizations, executives, investors, and other authorized clients.

**Washington State Private Investigative Agency — License No. 26018113**

 The information presented on this website is intended to provide a general overview of our capabilities. The availability, scope, and performance of any service will depend on the circumstances, applicable law, licensing requirements, professional standards, geographic jurisdiction, and a formally accepted engagement.

Informational Use Only

Website content is provided for general informational and business-development purposes. It does not constitute:

* Legal advice

* Financial or investment advice

* Employment or human-resources advice

* Insurance coverage or claims advice

* A guarantee that Nerosi Security will accept a matter

* A guarantee concerning the outcome of an investigation

* A complete description of every legal restriction that may apply

 You should obtain advice from qualified legal counsel or another appropriate professional regarding your specific circumstances.

No Professional Relationship Created

Visiting this website, submitting a consultation request, calling Nerosi Security, or sending an email does not create an investigator-client, attorney-client, fiduciary, employment, partnership, or other professional relationship.

An investigative engagement begins only after:

 1. Nerosi Security reviews and accepts the matter;

2. Any required conflict, legal-purpose, jurisdictional, and compliance review is completed; and

3. The parties sign an applicable engagement agreement or other written authorization.

 If these Terms conflict with a signed engagement agreement, the signed engagement agreement will control concerning that engagement.

Lawful and Authorized Use

You may request services only for a lawful and legitimate purpose.

You may not use this website or request services to:

 * Harass, threaten, intimidate, stalk, or unlawfully monitor another person

* Discriminate against any person unlawfully

* Invade legally protected privacy

* Obtain information through deception, impersonation, or false pretenses

* Circumvent court orders, protective orders, employment laws, consumer-reporting laws, or other legal restrictions

* Interfere with an investigation or legal proceeding

* Obtain information for criminal, fraudulent, retaliatory, or malicious purposes

* Violate federal, state, local, or international law

* Infringe the legal rights of another person or organization

By submitting an inquiry, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that your request concerns a lawful and authorized purpose.

Nerosi Security may decline, suspend, or terminate any inquiry or engagement that presents legal, ethical, licensing, safety, conflict-of-interest, or reputational concerns.

Consultation Requests

Information submitted through our consultation form is used to evaluate your request and determine whether Nerosi Security may be able to assist.

Do not submit highly sensitive information through the initial contact form, including:

* Social Security numbers

* Financial-account or payment-card information

* Medical records

* Government identification documents

* Passwords or access credentials

* Confidential evidence

* Attorney-client privileged communications

* Information restricted by a court order or confidentiality agreement

Submitting information does not guarantee acceptance of the matter, confidentiality under a professional privilege, availability of services, or any particular result.

Investigative Services

All investigative services are subject to applicable laws, licensing requirements, contractual terms, jurisdictional limitations, and professional standards.

The scope of each accepted engagement will be defined in writing. Services may involve lawful activities such as public-record research, authorized database research, interviews, surveillance, background research, workplace fact development, claims-related inquiries, corporate due diligence, or professional reporting.

Nerosi Security does not guarantee that:

* Requested information exists or can legally be obtained

* A subject can be located

* Surveillance will document a particular activity

* Public records or third-party information will be complete or accurate

* Evidence will be admitted by a court or accepted by another decision-maker

* An investigation will produce a conclusion favorable to the client

* A matter will be completed within a specific time unless agreed in writing

Investigative findings reflect the information reasonably available within the authorized scope and time of the engagement.

Background Screening and Consumer Reports

Certain background-screening services may be governed by the federal Fair Credit Reporting Act, state laws, employment laws, privacy laws, and other requirements.

Clients are responsible for identifying the intended use of requested information and obtaining all notices, authorizations, certifications, and consents required by law.

Nerosi Security may require additional documentation before accepting a background-screening assignment. Services will not be provided for an unlawful discriminatory, retaliatory, personal, or unauthorized purpose.

Polygraph Examination Services

When legally permissible and appropriate, Nerosi Security may coordinate polygraph examination services through an authorized independent third-party provider.

Polygraph examinations involving employers, employees, or job applicants are subject to significant federal and state restrictions. A request for an examination does not establish that the examination is legally permitted or appropriate.

Nerosi Security and the third-party examiner may require legal review, written authorization, notices, acknowledgments, or other documentation before scheduling an examination.

 No representation is made that a polygraph examination or its results will be admissible in court, accepted by an employer, or considered conclusive by any governmental, administrative, or private decision-maker.

Interdiligence Services

Nerosi Security manages the U.S. client relationship, commercial engagement, and coordination of services.

For qualifying matters involving advanced corporate intelligence, international research, enhanced due diligence, competitive intelligence, individual or company risk assessments, or stakeholder mapping, Nerosi Security may coordinate services with **Interdiligence**, an independent international strategic-intelligence provider.

Certain specialized services, research, analysis, or reports may be performed or prepared by Interdiligence. The applicable proposal or engagement agreement will identify the relevant scope, responsibilities, commercial terms, confidentiality requirements, and deliverables.

Nerosi Security and Interdiligence remain independent organizations. Nothing on this website creates an employment relationship, legal partnership, joint venture, or authority for either organization to bind the other beyond expressly documented authorization.

Confidentiality

Nerosi Security handles inquiries and accepted engagements with discretion and professional care.

However, website submissions and preliminary communications should not be considered absolutely secure or protected by attorney-client privilege. Confidentiality obligations relating to an accepted matter will be governed by the applicable engagement agreement, professional requirements, and law.

 Information may be disclosed when reasonably necessary to:

* Perform an authorized engagement

* Coordinate with approved investigators, consultants, providers, attorneys, or Interdiligence

* Protect the safety or legal rights of Nerosi Security, its personnel, clients, or others

* Comply with a subpoena, court order, licensing requirement, governmental request, or other legal obligation

Our collection and use of personal information are also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Fees, Expenses, and Payment

Website use and preliminary inquiries do not establish pricing or payment obligations.

Fees, retainers, deposits, hourly rates, fixed fees, reimbursable expenses, travel costs, third-party charges, payment schedules, refund conditions, and cancellation terms will be stated in the applicable proposal, engagement agreement, invoice, or written authorization.

 Unless otherwise agreed in writing, estimates are not guarantees of the final cost. Work may be paused or terminated for nonpayment in accordance with the applicable agreement and law.

Unless otherwise stated, the website and its content—including text, graphics, photographs, logos, branding, design elements, reports, service descriptions, and downloadable materials—are owned by Nerosi Security, licensed to Nerosi Security, or used with authorization.

Interdiligence names, trademarks, service names, logos, and proprietary products—including Smart Persona™, Nexus360™, CompetEdge™, and Stakeholder360™—remain the property of their respective owner.

Changes to These Terms

Nerosi Security may update these Terms to reflect changes in our website, services, business practices, or legal obligations.
